Work Environment

Working at Revive Physiotherapy Solutions means being part of a supportive and collaborative environment. You will join a small, specialized team of two other physical therapists and one physical therapist assistant (PTA), all dedicated to providing exceptional care to our patients. The practice is open Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, providing a consistent work schedule that promotes work-life balance and flexibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with patients to thoroughly identify their goals, needs, and concerns, establishing a foundation for effective treatment.
• Manage a patient caseload efficiently, typically one patient per hour, allowing for an in-depth and quality-focused therapeutic encounter.
• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based treatment strategies aimed at improving patient mobility and functionality.
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans that incorporate a variety of modalities and therapeutic techniques.
• Foster a rehabilitation environment by motivating patients and guiding them towards their recovery goals through active participation in their care.
• Examine and evaluate patient progress regularly, making adjustments to treatment plans as necessary.
• Thoroughly document all patient interactions and treatment activities in compliance with the practice's protocols and EMR standards, specifically using WebPT.
• Create wellness programs that promote a healthy lifestyle focus, emphasizing strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination.
• Work collaboratively with other healthcare providers to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As an Orthopedic Outpatient Physical Therapist at Revive Physiotherapy Solutions, your primary focus will be on adult patients recovering from orthopedic injuries and surgeries. You will work closely with individuals who are eager to regain their functional capabilities, reduce pain, and enhance their ability to perform daily activities. Our practice values patient feedback and actively engages patients in their rehabilitation journey, creating a partnership aimed at achieving optimal outcomes.

Qualifications

• Must possess a Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (MPT/DPT) from an accredited institution.
• Hold a valid state license as a Physical Therapist, with an exemplary professional record free from disciplinary actions.
• Demonstrate strong competency in manual therapy techniques and possess a keen understanding of orthopedic rehabilitation practices.
• Display proficiency in utilizing electronic medical record (EMR) systems, specifically WebPT.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in outpatient orthopedic settings is highly preferred, as it directly relates to the patient demographics we serve.
• Ability to develop and implement exercise protocols that consider each patient's unique capabilities and goals.

Compensation and Benefits

Revive Physiotherapy Solutions offers a competitive annual salary range of USD 80,000 to 95,000, commensurate with experience and skills.
