Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work primarily with a caseload of clients who have been prescreened to ensure they are stable and possess low acuity needs. This allows you to dedicate your skills to those who require support in their ongoing mental health journey, focusing on prevention and enhancing their quality of life.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.

• An independent mental health license issued by the state board, such as LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor), LMFT (Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist), or LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker). Limited or provisional licenses are not accepted.

• Demonstrated ability to conduct thorough assessments and develop effective treatment plans.

• Strong interpersonal skills and a compassionate demeanor to effectively engage with clients from diverse backgrounds.

• Solid computer literacy to navigate various digital platforms for counseling and documentation efficiently.
