Key Responsibilities\n

Qualifications\n

• A master's degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or psychology from a regionally accredited institution.

• An active and unrestricted license (LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, PsyD, PhD, etc.) to practice therapy independently in New York.

• Two or more years of relevant clinical experience providing psychotherapy, with a focus on adults.
\n
• Demonstrated proficiency in conducting intake assessments, diagnosing mental health disorders, and crafting effective treatment plans.

• Strong written communication skills to ensure thorough session documentation and reporting.
\n
• A clean professional record with no disciplinary actions from licensing boards.

Preferred Experience\n

Experience in evidence-based treatment modalities, particularly Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and familiarity with other therapeutic techniques are highly preferred. Compensation and Benefits\n

Empathy Edge offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
