Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to accurately identify clients' mental health needs and formulate tailored treatment plans that foster their personal growth.
• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions, employing evidence-based therapeutic techniques that are rooted in best practices.
• Collaborate with clients to set realistic therapeutic goals and regularly monitor their progress to ensure the effectiveness of interventions.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records in compliance with state and federal regulations, using Simple Practice for optimal organization.
• Engage in collaboration with other healthcare professionals and community resources, enhancing the quality of care through coordinated efforts.
• Commit to lifelong learning by participating in ongoing training and education to remain current with advancements and trends within the field of mental health counseling.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our practice serves a diverse clientele ranging from children and adolescents to adults and families. Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Social Work, Professional Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy is required.
• Must possess an active Pennsylvania clinical license as an LPC, LCSW, or LMFT.
• A minimum of 2 years of full-time experience providing mental health direct services across various age groups, including families, is essential.
• Demonstrated strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills, with the ability to develop effective treatment plans.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, facilitating meaningful connections with clients and team members.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a healthcare team.

Preferred Experience

• Experience using telehealth platforms and conducting remote therapy sessions.
• Background in utilizing evidence-based practices and therapeutic modalities tailored to specific client needs.
• Familiarity with community resources that can support client care and enhance treatment outcomes.

Compensation and Benefits

We are proud to offer a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 – 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience. Additionally, our comprehensive benefits package includes:
