Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at beYOUtiful Counseling Services, you will be responsible for:

• Maintaining a manageable caseload, forming rapport and positive relationships with clients by respecting their individual boundaries.

• Conducting regular appointments with clients to evaluate their progress, ensure stability, and prepare for discharge when deemed appropriate.

• Developing, implementing, and monitoring personalized treatment plans, focusing on individual therapeutic goals that promote growth and resilience.

• Documenting all client encounters and progress notes in compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational standards.

• Performing comprehensive intake assessments to gather essential information on client histories and needs.
\n
• Providing individual therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices and innovative therapeutic techniques.

• Participating in individual supervision to enhance clinical skills and receive constructive feedback.

• Collaborating with interdisciplinary healthcare providers to coordinate care and optimize treatment effectiveness.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role is primarily focused on serving youth clients, including adolescents facing challenges related to emotional distress, behavioral issues, and substance abuse. You will employ therapeutic techniques to address a range of mental health concerns, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and family dynamics. Your expertise in creating a safe and supportive space will empower clients to share their experiences and work toward healing.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Texas.

Compensation and Benefits\n
