This full-time position is entirely remote, allowing you to provide treatment from the comfort of your home in Gilbert, Arizona or any location of your choice. Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide ethical and empathetic individual counseling via secure video chat platforms.

• Utilize a variety of solution-focused treatment modalities to create personalized care for each client.

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that align with each client’s unique mental health needs.

• Assist clients in gaining insight into their emotions, behaviors, and interpersonal relationships.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with stable, low acuity adults who present with a broad spectrum of mental health needs, ranging from anxiety and depression to stress management and relationship issues. Our aim is to empower individuals to develop the skills necessary for improved mental health and enhanced quality of life.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in a counseling-related field, such as Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy.

• Current and valid state-issued license for independent practice, such as LMFT, LPC, LCSW, or as a licensed Psychologist. We do not offer supervision for limited or provisional licenses.

• No history of disciplinary actions against your license.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a focus on empathy and active listening.

• Strong proficiency in technology, including a computer with webcam and audio capabilities for conducting video sessions, and reliable internet access.

Preferred Experience\n

While not required, experience in working with similar patient populations, proficiency in evidence-based treatment modalities, and familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems can enhance your effectiveness in this role.
