Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed patient assessments to develop tailored treatment plans that address individual needs.
• Facilitate individual, family, and group counseling sessions based on your expertise and the needs of clients.
• Perform mental health screenings to accurately assess treatment requirements and create responsive interventions.
• Effectively monitor and document patient progress, adapting treatment strategies as needed to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure a multidisciplinary approach to client care.
• Maintain compliance with ethical guidelines and regulatory standards in all interactions and documentation.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your role will involve working with a broad spectrum of clients, including children, adolescents, and families facing various mental and behavioral health challenges. Qualifications

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in a relevant field (LMFT, LMHC, LICSW).
• You must possess an active and valid license in Marriage and Family Therapy (LMFT), Mental Health Counseling (LMHC), or as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).
• Strong knowledge of counseling theories, techniques, and best practices is imperative.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position ranges from $100,000 to $105,000 annually, reflecting your experience and the level of expertise you bring to the role.
