Work Environment

The work schedule for this position is typically Monday to Friday, with hours falling between 8 AM and 5 PM, or 9 AM to 6 PM.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical conditions to create personalized treatment plans that focus on restoring mobility, reducing pain, improving balance, and enhancing flexibility.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques—including exercise, massage, and stretching—to provide patients with effective treatment options geared toward rehabilitation.
• Engage in clinical teaching by mentoring physical therapy interns and students, facilitating their hands-on learning and growth within the clinical setting.
• Collaborate with management to initiate and participate in clinical research projects aimed at improving therapeutic practices within your area of expertise.
• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of patient progress and treatment plans to ensure continuity of care and compliance with healthcare standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work primarily with orthopedic patients who are recovering from surgeries, injuries, or chronic pain conditions. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program is required for this role.
• Current and active Physical Therapy license in New Jersey.
