Key Responsibilities\n

As a Remote Mental Health Counselor, your responsibilities include:

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

• Current and valid licensure to practice independently as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPC, LCSW).

• Proven experience in therapeutic practice and treatment planning, demonstrating competency in managing a caseload effectively.

• Exceptional communication skills, particularly in virtual settings, with an ability to build rapport and trust remotely.

• Proficiency with online therapy platforms and digital client management systems.

Preferred Experience\n

While two years of experience in mental health counseling is required, we highly value candidates who have experience working with specific populations, such as trauma survivors, and those with anxiety and depression.
