Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' mental health status through virtual sessions, utilizing standardized diagnostic tools and individualized interviews.

• Develop tailored therapeutic intervention plans that incorporate evidence-based treatment modalities, addressing issues such as depression, anxiety, substance abuse, and trauma.

• Facilitate regular therapy sessions, both individual and group-based, to provide clients with coping strategies, skills, and resources necessary for overcoming challenges.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams, including psychiatrists and healthcare providers, to coordinate comprehensive care for clients, ensuring holistic treatment approaches.

• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with ethical standards and legal requirements.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will engage with a diverse client population featuring various mental health conditions. Your capacity to work with individuals experiencing substance abuse issues, major depressive disorders, anxiety disorders, and eating disorders will be pivotal in tailoring your therapeutic approach to meet each client's unique needs. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Possession of an active and valid license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Colorado.
