Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments and evaluations via telehealth to determine clients' mental health needs and develop tailored treatment plans.

• Provide individual, family, marriage, and group counseling sessions through virtual platforms, ensuring high-quality care aligned with best practices.

• Regularly meet with clients to monitor progress and adjust treatment strategies based on ongoing assessments and feedback.

• Utilize virtual tools to conduct mental health screenings, identifying specific areas where clients may require support.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance client outcomes and contribute to the overall development of therapeutic approaches.

• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and ethical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will focus on a diverse range of clients, including individuals facing various mental and behavioral health challenges such as anxiety, depression, co-occurring disorders, and those seeking guidance through life transitions. You will engage with clients from various backgrounds, ensuring that therapy is culturally sensitive and tailored to meet their unique experiences and needs.

Qualifications\n

• Must hold a Master’s or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy (LMFT), Mental Health Counseling (LPC), or Social Work (LCSW).

• Current and active license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Professional Clinical Counselor (LPC), or Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Oregon.

Preferred Experience\n

• Minimum of 2 years working directly with clients experiencing mental and behavioral health challenges, including substance abuse treatment.

• Experience with individual and group therapy techniques, with a strong grasp of various counseling theories and methodologies.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This role offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $100,000 to $105,000 , commensurate with experience and qualifications.
