Key Responsibilities\n

• Utilize digital tools to administer symptom self-assessments, monitor progress, and adapt treatment plans effectively for each client.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation within our therapist portal, ensuring that digital tools enhance your productivity and workflow.

• Conduct weekly evidence-based therapy sessions via live video, employing therapeutic techniques such as cognitive behavioral therapy, behavior modification, and brief therapy to address a variety of emotional disorders.

• Collaborate with psychiatric providers and fellow therapists to develop comprehensive treatment plans that promote optimal client outcomes.

• Apply the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders V (DSM V) to formulate accurate mental health diagnoses and establish appropriate treatment goals tailored to individual client needs.

• Engage in regular consultations and receive ongoing support from our Therapy Leadership Team, ensuring that you have the resources necessary to provide outstanding care.

You will work with a wide range of adult clients presenting with various emotional and psychological challenges. Your expertise will help individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues, among others. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in Clinical Psychology, Counseling, or Clinical Social Work (e.g., MA, MS, MSW, MFT, MHC, PhD, PsyD) from an accredited institution.
