This role will primarily be conducted remotely, allowing for flexibility in your work-life balance while still being an essential part of our health clinic community. You will coordinate closely with the Medical Director and other team members to ensure seamless mental health treatment delivery, leveraging modern communication tools to maintain connectivity and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Collaborate with the Medical Director and Medical Team Administrator to devise and implement mental health treatment plans tailored to individual patients’ needs.

• Provide in-service training and resources to medical, psychiatric, and security staff to enhance their understanding of mental health issues and intervention techniques.
\n
• Intervene in mental health crises, utilizing de-escalation techniques and supportive communication to ensure the safety and well-being of all patients.
\n
• Attend commitment hearings when necessary, contributing your insights and observations as part of comprehensive patient evaluations.
\n
• Develop individualized treatment goals, ensuring that they are realistic and measurable, while documenting all patient interactions and treatment plans meticulously.
\n
• Safeguard the confidentiality of all patient records and sensitive information, adhering strictly to HIPAA regulations.
\n
• Investigate and verify patients' mental health history, including past therapies and psychotropic medications, to inform treatment strategies.
\n
• Prepare periodic reports and assessments to track progress and present findings at team meetings or special evaluations as required.
\n
• Coordinate with nursing and mental health staff to provide effective post-release referrals, ensuring continued support for patients.

Compensation and Benefits\n
