Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough, trauma-informed assessments to evaluate patients’ history and emotional well-being, leading to the development of tailored treatment plans.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), focusing on the recovery of the individual.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions aimed at helping clients process trauma, develop effective coping mechanisms, and enhance personal resilience.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists and multidisciplinary teams, ensuring integrated and holistic care for every patient across our practice.

• Provide timely crisis intervention support, especially during trauma-related emergencies, to ensure the safety and stability of clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

We primarily work with individuals who have experienced trauma in various forms, including childhood trauma, sexual assault, domestic violence, and other life-altering events. Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Current, valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Texas.

• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in mental health counseling, with a strong emphasis on trauma therapy.

Compensation and Benefits\n
