Key Responsibilities\n

As a Clinical Social Worker at Divine Mercy Behavioral Health Center, you will:

• Act as a client advocate to assist students and families in navigating community resources, social services, and support networks aimed at enhancing their overall quality of life.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention services to ensure client safety and stability during critical situations, employing de-escalation techniques and appropriate clinical judgment.

• Maintain detailed and confidential client records, including treatment plans and progress notes, compliant with all legal and ethical standards.

• Collaborate with a broad range of professionals such as psychiatrists, psychologists, and school personnel to ensure integrated care that meets each student's unique needs.

• Educate clients on effective coping strategies, communication techniques, and self-care practices, empowering them to take an active role in their therapeutic journey.

• Engage in community outreach efforts and build partnerships with local organizations to improve resource availability and enhance referral networks.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be the student population, including children and adolescents experiencing various mental health challenges, such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, and trauma-related disorders. Collaborating closely with families and educational staff, you will develop tailored interventions to help students succeed emotionally and academically.

Qualifications\n

Ideal candidates will possess the following qualifications:

• Active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Kansas.

• A Master's Degree in Social Work (MSW) or a closely related field.

• A minimum of four years of relevant clinical experience working with diverse populations.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $100,000 annually, with additional monthly productivity bonuses.
