This role is set within a supportive remote work environment, providing flexibility to our therapists while ensuring access to team resources and collaboration. Our working hours are Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, with occasional evening shifts as needed to accommodate patient schedules. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to understand the unique needs of each child and adolescent, utilizing standardized assessment tools and interviews.

• Develop and tailor individualized treatment plans that account for developmental stages, family structures, and specific mental health challenges.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions designed to address a spectrum of issues including anxiety, depression, ADHD, and behavioral disorders.

• Facilitate family therapy sessions, equipping parents and caregivers with strategies to foster supportive home environments conducive to healthy emotional development.

• Work closely with child psychiatrists and multidisciplinary teams to ensure integrated care, coordinating on treatment approaches and sharing key insights regarding patient progress.

• Provide crisis intervention and immediate support during mental health emergencies, ensuring the safety and well-being of young clients.
\n
• Educate families about mental health diagnoses, treatment alternatives, and available community resources, empowering them to take an active role in their child's care.

• Maintain accurate, complete, and confidential patient records in compliance with ethical and legal standards, utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems effectively.

• Participate actively in team meetings, case discussions, and ongoing professional development to enhance therapeutic practices and stay current on industry best practices.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree from an accredited institution in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Arizona.

• In-depth knowledge of child and adolescent mental health disorders along with familiarity with evidence-based treatment modalities.

• Demonstrated experience providing individual and family therapy to children and adolescents.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a strong focus on a child-centered therapeutic approach.

• Ability to establish trust and rapport with young patients and their families.

• Proficient in electronic health record (EHR) systems and utilizing technology in clinical settings.

• Strong collaborative skills to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of two years of experience specifically in child and adolescent mental health therapy.

Compensation and Benefits\n
