Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to understand the unique needs of each child or adolescent, including psychosocial factors and family dynamics.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Candidates must possess a current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in Arizona.

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to establish rapport with children and their families, demonstrating a compassionate, child-focused approach.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from $75,000 to $100,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
