Key Responsibilities\n

• Engage with a multidisciplinary treatment team—including clinical directors and fellow counselors—to collaboratively address complex client issues and streamline service delivery.

• Implement random drug testing as part of therapeutic monitoring, aiding clients in recognizing and modifying harmful behaviors.

• Provide appropriate service referrals to clients when necessary, ensuring they have access to additional resources and support.
