Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position primarily focuses on children and adolescents experiencing various mental health issues at different developmental stages. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LCSW-R, LMHC, or LMFT in the state of New York.

• A minimum of two years of post-licensure experience in a relevant mental health field, preferably working with children and adolescents.

• Strong understanding of child and adolescent mental health disorders and familiarity with evidence-based treatment modalities.

• Proven experience providing individual and family therapy services, with a compassionate and patient-centered approach.

• Excellent communication skills, combined with the ability to build rapport and trust with young patients and their families.

• Competence in using electronic health record (EHR) systems and adapting to digital tools and technologies for remote therapy.

Compensation and Benefits\n
