Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of students to gain an in-depth understanding of their mental health care needs, including presenting issues and personal histories.

• Provide individual and family therapy to students, utilizing evidence-based approaches such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness practices, and narrative therapy.

• Design and implement customized treatment plans that align with the specific goals and needs of each client, ensuring continual assessment and adjustments based on progress.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on students in a school environment, addressing a wide range of emotional and behavioral issues, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and family dynamics. Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience, preferably in a school-based or private practice setting.

• Demonstrated strong clinical skills, including assessment, intervention, and treatment planning.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this important role ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
