Work Environment

This position is primarily remote, enabling flexibility while providing critical support for children in various educational settings. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to determine the needs of children and families.
• Participate in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSP), tailoring interventions that meet each child's unique needs.
• Monitor outcomes and progress for enrolled families, adapting strategies and interventions based on ongoing assessments.
• Provide direct support and guidance to families, equipping them with information and skills to enhance their child’s development.
• Administer evaluations and assessments in compliance with all applicable Federal and State regulations.
• Utilize an evidence-based coaching model to facilitate natural learning environments that support children’s growth.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to create a supportive and healthy learning environment for children.
• Advocate for families, navigating available resources and services to ensure children receive comprehensive support.

Patient Population / Client Focus

This role primarily focuses on children under the age of three who may be experiencing developmental delays or disabilities. You will work directly with families navigating early intervention services, providing expert support tailored to the social, emotional, and educational needs of each child. Your work will significantly influence the early development of essential skills, setting the groundwork for long-term success in school and beyond.

Qualifications

• A Master's Degree in Social Work (MSW) or Doctorate of Social Work.
• A valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) issued by the Department of Public Health.
• A background in early intervention services, with a minimum of one year of relevant experience.
• A valid driver’s license and a commitment to flexible working hours to accommodate the needs of children and families.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with an ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Demonstrated adaptability to various learning styles and the ability to build rapport with children and families.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working specifically with children in early intervention settings and strong familiarity with the Natural Learning Environment Practices.

Compensation and Benefits
