Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify students' emotional and behavioral needs, establishing clear treatment goals.
• Provide individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing a range of evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused brief therapy, and trauma-informed care.
• Develop and manage personalized treatment plans that align with each student's goals while accommodating their specific circumstances.
• Engage in proactive collaboration with school staff and parents to facilitate a comprehensive support system, attending meetings to discuss student progress and strategies.
• Maintain meticulous records of assessments, treatment plans, and session notes while adhering to confidentiality standards and ethical guidelines.
• Participate in ongoing professional development activities to stay abreast of best practices in school mental health and to enhance therapeutic techniques.
• Establish strong therapeutic relationships that promote trust and foster an environment conducive to healing and growth.
• Provide guidance to both students and parents in coping strategies and resources, supporting them in navigating life challenges.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on students within an educational setting, addressing a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. This role acknowledges the complexities of each individual's background and aims to empower students through therapeutic interventions that promote mental health resilience.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• A minimum of two years of proven experience in a clinical setting, preferably with experience in educational or child and adolescent environments.
• Demonstrated expertise in clinical skills, including assessment and therapeutic intervention tailored to youth.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with students, families, and educational staff.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience in a school-based setting or direct work with children and adolescents is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with remote counseling platforms and digital tools for therapy delivery.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 104,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to salary, you will receive a sign-on bonus upon joining our team, ensuring a supportive transition into your new role.
