Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist at Apex Physical Therapy, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough evaluations of patients recovering from injuries, surgeries, or persistent pain through diverse assessment techniques.
• Designing individualized treatment plans that integrate a variety of therapeutic methods including, but not limited to, exercise protocols, manual therapy, and advanced modalities to alleviate pain and enhance mobility.
• Delivering direct patient care using effective therapeutic exercises and interventions in alignment with established treatment goals.
• Monitoring patient progress and adjusting treatment plans as required to ensure optimal recovery outcomes.
• Documenting all patient interactions meticulously, including treatment responses and progress, to maintain accurate medical records.
• Educating patients and their families about their conditions, intervention strategies, and self-management techniques to encourage active participation in their recovery.
• Collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams to develop comprehensive care plans that address the holistic needs of our patients.
• Staying current with the latest advancements in physical therapy practices by attending educational workshops and engaging in professional networking opportunities.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our patient demographic includes children and adults across various age groups, each with unique healthcare needs. Qualifications

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• A valid state license to practice physical therapy in Virginia.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
