Key Responsibilities

• Patient Assessment: Conduct thorough evaluations of patients with chronic pain conditions, including reviewing comprehensive medical histories, performing detailed physical examinations, and assessing pain levels using standardized pain assessment tools.
• Treatment Planning: Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of physicians and specialists to create custom-tailored pain management plans. This includes incorporating medication management, physical therapy, and interventional strategies such as injections and nerve blocks.
• Patient Education: Educate patients about their pain conditions, treatment options, and self-management techniques. Provide them with the knowledge and tools necessary to actively engage in their care pathways.
• Procedural Assistance: Participate in and assist with pain management procedures, offering support during interventions like epidural injections and joint injections, while ensuring a focus on patient safety and comfort.
• Follow-up Care: Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to meet evolving patient needs. Provide ongoing emotional and psychological support to patients, reinforcing their successes and addressing any concerns.

Compensation and Benefits
