Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide weekly supervision to practicum students preparing for clinical licensure or currently enrolled in graduate programs.

• Deliver high-quality psychotherapy services to individuals, couples, and families, addressing a range of mental health concerns.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals and community resources to ensure comprehensive client care.

• Develop, implement, and refine treatment plans based on current research and best practices in mental health treatment.

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of client sessions and treatment progress in compliance with legal and ethical guidelines.

• Engage in continuous professional development by staying up-to-date with advancements in therapy and mental health care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse range of clients from various backgrounds and age groups who seek support for mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Our focus is on providing culturally competent care that meets each client where they are on their journey.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field.

• A valid state license to practice: LMFT, LMHC, LCSW, or LCSW-R.

• Professional liability insurance.

• A minimum of two years' experience in the mental health field, preferably in a clinical setting.

Preferred Experience\n

While the core qualification is a minimum of two years of experience, preference will be given to candidates with previous supervisory or mentorship experience. Familiarity with community health clinic settings and a demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment will also be advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 52,000 – 100,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
