Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments, gathering detailed information on students' mental health concerns, strengths, and available resources.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapeutic interventions utilizing evidence-based methodologies such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.

• Collaborate with educators, school staff, and parents to develop and implement client-centered treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each student.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups to foster a collaborative mental health support system within the school community.

• Offer crisis intervention services when necessary, conducting risk assessments and developing safety plans in response to critical situations.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with ethical and legal standards, ensuring all records reflect the therapeutic progress and interventions.

Qualifications\n
