Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough and comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health concerns, identifying strengths and resources essential for their recovery.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions using evidence-based therapies tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.

• Utilize therapeutic modalities like cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-focused therapy to provide structured and supportive interventions.

• Develop and implement customized treatment plans with clear goals and intervention strategies designed to promote client progress and well-being.

• Collaborate closely with a team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to ensure the delivery of coordinated and comprehensive care.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention, perform risk assessments, and develop safety planning for clients facing acute challenges.

• Maintain detailed and accurate clinical documentation in compliance with ethical and legal standards, ensuring a high quality of care.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
