Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individualized therapeutic services through one-on-one sessions, couple and family therapy, and group sessions, adapting your approach to meet the unique needs of each client.

• Develop, implement, and regularly review customized treatment plans that incorporate therapeutic techniques suitable for the specific issues faced by clients.

• Document all clinical interactions and maintain comprehensive and accurate records in compliance with HIPAA, state regulations, and organizational policies.

• Engage with other mental health professionals, medical providers, and community resources to create an integrated support system for clients.

• Monitor clients’ progress throughout their therapeutic journey, making adjustments to treatment plans in response to their evolving needs.

• Participate actively in regular team meetings, sharing insights and strategies for enhancing service delivery, while also attending ongoing training sessions to keep abreast of the latest therapeutic techniques.

Qualifications\n

• Must hold a current license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Oregon.

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.

• Minimum of 2 years of practical experience in providing mental health services is essential.

Compensation and Benefits\n
