Key Responsibilities\n

• Implement tailored treatment plans under clinical supervision, ensuring that interventions align with individualized client needs.

• Maintain comprehensive and timely documentation, including treatment plans, daily progress notes, incident reports, and discharge summaries, to track patient advancement and regulatory compliance.

• Facilitate and lead therapeutic consumer groups, providing a safe space for shared experiences and peer support.
\n
• Participate proactively in staff meetings, case conferences, and ongoing training sessions to enhance team performance and personal development.

• Conduct individual sessions with clients, family members, and other healthcare professionals as required to gather essential information for holistic care provision.

• Provide psychoeducation on perinatal mental health issues and connect clients with community resources to support their journey toward wellness.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on a diverse patient population, including individuals navigating mental health challenges during pregnancy, following childbirth, or in other significant life transitions. You will be tasked with adopting diverse therapeutic modalities to cater to different client needs and backgrounds, fostering an inclusive environment where clients feel heard and valued.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field; a Master’s Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling is required.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) is mandatory.

• No history of medical malpractice claims, verified by a third-party source.
\n
• Authorization to work in the United States.
\n

Preferred Experience\n

• Previous experience providing mental health counseling in a community health clinic or similar setting.

• Familiarity with telehealth systems and virtual counseling techniques.

Compensation and Benefits\n
