Work Environment

As a Full-Time Physical Therapist at our onsite Rehabilitation Facility, you will find yourself in an engaging and supportive workspace. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough Physical Therapy evaluations for children, identifying their unique needs and challenges.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that incorporate therapeutic exercises, modalities, and specific interventions.
• Continually reassess patients' clinical signs and symptoms to evaluate treatment effectiveness and make necessary adjustments to their care plans.
• Maintain meticulous documentation, utilizing our electronic health record system to complete SOAP notes, progress summaries, and care plans promptly.
• Educate patients and their families on recovery processes, helping them understand potential challenges and how to overcome them.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide well-rounded care for clients receiving multiple services.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program is required.
• Current, unrestricted licensure to practice physical therapy in the state of Virginia.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation for this full-time role ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience, plus an attractive benefits package. This includes:
