About the Role
The Company is seeking a Head of Partnerships to take on a pivotal role in owning and scaling relationships within the autonomous systems ecosystem. This hands-on leadership position is focused on identifying and originating the right partnerships, with a strong emphasis on turning these into long-term, revenue-generating programs. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and nurturing partnerships with both emerging and established defense platform OEMs, from initial engagement through to commercial growth. Key responsibilities include developing opportunities across various autonomous systems, negotiating agreements, and working closely with product and leadership on go-to-market strategy. Applicants for the Head of Partnerships role at the company should have a proven track record in partnerships, business development, or program management within the defense, aerospace, or autonomous systems sectors. A strong network across defense OEMs and the wider UAS/autonomy ecosystem is essential, as is experience in selling technology that integrates into other platforms. The role requires a deep understanding of autonomy, navigation, avionics, AI/ML, control systems, or related technologies, and evidence of successfully managing complex partnerships. The ideal candidate will have a genuine startup mentality, be highly proactive, and possess the ability to work with pace and ownership. US Secret clearance or eligibility is also a key requirement for this position.
