Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify clients' mental health concerns, and formulate clinical diagnoses in accordance with DSM-5 criteria.

• Develop, implement, and adjust treatment plans based on evidence-based modalities that align with each client's unique needs.

• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions, employing therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based approaches.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention and stabilization for clients facing acute mental health challenges, ensuring their safety and well-being.

• Document detailed and confidential client records, ensuring compliance with ethical guidelines and legal requirements while maintaining client privacy.

• Work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team of professionals, including psychiatrists, social workers, and healthcare providers, to ensure holistic care for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• Must hold a valid license as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPC/MHSP, LPC, or LCSW) in Tennessee.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this full-time position ranges from USD 85,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
