Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments of children and adolescents, identifying specific needs and challenges.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily focuses on children and adolescents dealing with a broad spectrum of mental health conditions such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, and various behavioral disorders. Our approach is tailored to the specific age group, ensuring that interventions and treatments resonate with their developmental needs and enhance overall family dynamics.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Current state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• Proven knowledge and understanding of child and adolescent mental health disorders, therapeutic modalities, and best practices in mental health care.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to connect with children, adolescents, and their families in a supportive manner.

• Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems and necessary computer applications to maintain documentation and communication effectively.
