This role is fully remote, allowing for flexibility in your work schedule while maintaining a standard Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM, work week. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ mental health needs, utilizing standardized tools and your clinical expertise to inform treatment decisions.

• Create tailored treatment plans that reflect the unique circumstances and goals of each client, adapting therapeutic approaches as needed based on ongoing evaluation.

• Deliver evidence-based therapy methods, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or other modalities, to support the mental and emotional well-being of individuals, couples, and families.

• Engage in regular collaboration with clients to set realistic mental health objectives and monitor progress, adjusting treatment strategies to optimize outcomes.

• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in accordance with ethical standards and organizational policies, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will encompass a broad range of clients seeking assistance with various mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and more. You will engage with clients from diverse backgrounds, allowing for a rich and rewarding practice that embraces multicultural perspectives. Your ability to build rapport and trust will be essential in assisting clients in navigating their mental health journeys.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or higher in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• An active Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC) license in the state of Vermont is mandatory.

• Proven experience of at least 2 years in the mental health field, demonstrating familiarity with various therapeutic modalities.

Compensation and Benefits\n
