Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that emphasize improving mobility, strength, and functional capabilities for patients recovering from various conditions.
• Comply with the latest clinical guidelines and therapeutic techniques to guide patients through therapeutic exercises, stretches, and activities aimed at enhancing physical well-being and alleviating pain.
• Educate patients regarding proper body mechanics, exercise techniques, and home exercise regimens that support their recovery process and encourage self-management.
• Administer therapeutic modalities such as electrical stimulation, ultrasound, and heat/cold therapy in accordance with professional standards and under the supervision of senior therapists.
• Consistently monitor and document patient progress by assessing range of motion, strength improvements, and overall functional gains to adapt treatment plans as necessary.
• Maintain an organized treatment area, ensuring that equipment and supplies are readily available and properly maintained for optimal patient care.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, which includes Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, and Speech-Language Pathologists, to ensure comprehensive care and enhanced patient outcomes.
• Provide emotional and motivational support to patients, fostering an encouraging environment that promotes healing and resilience.
• Adhere to all ethical standards and professional guidelines, ensuring patient confidentiality and respect for patient rights.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
