Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including detailed medical histories and physical examinations, to establish accurate diagnoses and develop tailored treatment plans.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams to maintain an integrated care approach, ensuring seamless transitions for patients requiring specialty care.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests, such as lab work and imaging studies, making informed decisions regarding patient management.
• Administer vaccines and medications, while also providing education on preventive health measures and lifestyle modifications to promote long-term wellness.
• Monitor chronic health conditions and coordinate referrals to specialists when necessary, ensuring continuity of care and comprehensive patient support.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all patient interactions within the EPIC EMR system to promote accountability and improve operational efficiency.
• Actively engage in quality improvement efforts and stay abreast of current medical practices and guidelines to enhance clinical outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree from an accredited Physician Assistant program.
• Current PA certification and licensure in New York State is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 140,000 to 180,000 annually, based on your experience and qualifications.
