Work Environment

This position is based onsite at our state-of-the-art Surgical Center, which is equipped with advanced medical technologies and a patient-centered ambiance aimed at promoting healing and comfort. Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive clinical care, adhering to established protocols for pain management.
• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients, including obtaining health histories and performing physical examinations.
• Develop, recommend, and implement individualized treatment plans that align with best practices in pain management.
• Document patient interactions and updates accurately in electronic health records to ensure continuity of care.
• Address and resolve patient concerns promptly and effectively, enhancing overall patient satisfaction.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary medical teams, including physicians, nurses, and rehabilitation specialists, to optimize patient outcomes.
• Educate patients about pain management strategies, treatment options, and rehabilitation goals.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to organizational goals related to patient care and safety.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our patient population encompasses individuals suffering from a range of pain conditions, including post-surgical pain, arthritis, migraines, and chronic low back pain. Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Physician Assistant Studies or a related field is required.
• Active State licensure as a Physician Assistant.

Compensation and Benefits
