Key Responsibilities\n

This position involves a variety of responsibilities aimed at delivering optimal mental health care:

• Establish and maintain a trusting, positive rapport with clients through empathy and understanding to foster a therapeutic alliance.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to diagnose mental health disorders and develop individualized treatment plans that cater to each client's needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The ideal candidate will work with a diverse range of clients facing various mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety disorders, depression, relationship issues, and trauma recovery. Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Possession of a valid state license as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A minimum of 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in an outpatient mental health setting is essential.

• Proficient therapeutic and counseling skills, with the ability to effectively motivate and engage clients throughout the therapeutic process.

• Strong computer literacy, including experience with word processing, email systems, spreadsheets, and electronic health record systems.
