Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients’ dermatological conditions, utilizing advanced clinical skills and critical thinking.
• Formulate and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with supervising physicians and other team members.
• Provide patient education and counseling regarding preventive measures, treatment options, and long-term care expectations.
• Administer dermatological procedures, including biopsies, cryotherapy, and injections, with precision and empathy.
• Document all patient interactions, treatment plans, and progress in our electronic medical record (EMR) system, adhering to compliance and best practices.
• Participate in clinic activities such as staff meetings, competency evaluations, and continuing education sessions, reinforcing team unity and professional growth.
• Maintain a safe and sterile working environment by following all infection control protocols and using appropriate protective equipment.
• Engage with patients from diverse backgrounds, ensuring care is tailored to their age, sex, cultural values, and personal health needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will engage with a wide range of patients, including individuals seeking cosmetic enhancements, those experiencing chronic skin conditions, and children with dermatological issues. Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Nursing from an accredited institution (required).
• Current Nurse Practitioner Certification (NP-C) and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Compensation and Benefits
