Key Responsibilities\n

• Maintain comprehensive, audit-compliant records for each intern under your supervision, ensuring accuracy and completeness to support program integrity.

• Engage in the intern performance evaluation process, contributing to acknowledgments, retention strategies, and corrective action documentation, as needed.
\n
• Monitor intern caseloads and assignments, actively participating in programmatic outcomes to ensure effective service delivery.
\n
• Coordinate closely with Centralized Intake and school site contacts, addressing any concerns related to intern workloads and client progress.
\n
• Participate in ongoing quality assurance audits of documentation and client records to ensure compliance with agency and funding policies.
\n
• Attend and contribute to program and agency meetings and trainings as required, strengthening team alignment with organizational goals.
\n
• Produce and submit programmatic reports as requested by the Clinical Director to inform your supervisor of operational insights.
\n
• Provide clinical consultations in crisis and non-crisis situations, utilizing both in-person and telephonic communication methods.
\n
• Ensure a tidy and safe work environment, promptly reporting any maintenance or safety issues to management.
\n
• Facilitate training and workshops for interns and universities, ensuring adherence to evolving federal, state, and county regulations.
\n
• Deliver psychotherapy services as needed, adapting approaches based on individual client needs and circumstances.

• Manage the intern recruitment and onboarding processes to align with the agency's strategic goals.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LCSW will primarily work with school-aged children and adolescents experiencing a variety of emotional and social challenges, as well as their families. Qualifications\n

Behavioral Wellness Center, LLC offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 – 122,000 annually for full-time positions, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
