Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to understand each client's unique circumstances and mental health needs. Employ evidence-based practices to develop tailored treatment plans that promote positive changes and outcomes.

• Utilize a variety of therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), ensuring that your approach is customized to the specific needs of each individual.

• Establish and maintain accurate clinical documentation in line with HIPAA compliance, ensuring all records are kept confidential and organized.

• Engage in collaborative treatment planning with a multidisciplinary team, sharing insights and coordinating care to provide holistic support to clients.

• Participate in ongoing case consultations and peer reviews to enhance the quality of care provided, sharing knowledge and best practices with fellow team members.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions and treatment options, enabling them to make informed decisions regarding their care.

• Stay current with developments in the mental health field, integrating new research findings into your practice to optimize client outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on clients experiencing a range of mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, and trauma-related disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution, showcasing your commitment to professional excellence.
