Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct regular live video therapy sessions for clients, addressing a wide range of emotional and psychological challenges, including anxiety and depression, using effective communication techniques.

• Implement various assessment tools to monitor individual symptom changes and progress towards therapeutic goals, necessitating timely adjustments to treatment plans based on client feedback and evolving needs.

• Maintain comprehensive and accurate clinical documentation within our user-friendly therapist portal, allowing seamless integration of data into patient care workflows, which optimizes session preparations and follow-ups.

• Engage in collaborative discussions with the Therapy Leadership Team to gain insights on best practices and receive clinical supervision to enhance the quality of your therapy delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will involve working primarily with adults managing a diverse array of emotional and behavioral conditions. The client population may include individuals facing significant emotional distress or those seeking support for issues related to transitions in life, relationship challenges, or trauma. By providing tailored therapeutic interventions, you will make a meaningful contribution to their mental health and overall well-being.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Active independent licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in California; additional state licenses are advantageous.

• A minimum of two years of hands-on experience in the mental health field, demonstrating your ability to work independently as a licensed professional.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from $110,000 to $130,000 , commensurate with experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package.
