Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver exceptional clinical services either virtually or in-person, using evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Motivational Interviewing (MI) to support individuals, couples, families, and groups.

• Maintain a proactive approach by completing a minimum of 25 client-facing visits weekly, ensuring a manageable caseload for your own work-life balance.

• Prepare and submit all necessary documentation in accordance with company guidelines, including session notes, treatment plans, and assessment reports.

• Engage in comprehensive evaluations to diagnose mental health conditions, develop tailored treatment plans, and conduct regular reviews to track clients’ progress.

• Collaborate with case managers, families, educators, and medical professionals to coordinate holistic care that addresses the multifaceted needs of each client.

• Participate actively in clinical team meetings and ongoing training sessions to enhance professional development and improve service delivery.

• Involve yourself in community outreach initiatives, fostering relationships that enhance service accessibility and community trust in mental health resources.

• Work alongside the Clinical Director to address requests and feedback promptly, maintaining professionalism and transparency.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $120,000 to $130,000 per year for this full-time position.
