Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough virtual mental health evaluations and risk assessments through secure video conferencing tools.

• Collaborate with clients to develop and implement personalized treatment plans that align with their individual needs and goals.

• Provide evidence-based therapy modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to facilitate emotional healing and resilience.

• Offer crisis intervention and stabilization support for clients experiencing acute distress, ensuring immediate care and safety.

• Engage in multidisciplinary collaboration with psychiatrists, social workers, and healthcare teams to guarantee comprehensive care and coordination.

• Continuously monitor client progress through telehealth platforms, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, coping strategies, and available resources to promote self-advocacy.

• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and telehealth guidelines to maintain the highest ethical standards in patient care.

Qualifications\n

• Must hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.

• A minimum of two years of relevant experience in a clinical or medical setting is required.

• Active and unrestricted LMHC license in the State of Missouri.

• Possess an individual NPI number and meet the requirements for malpractice insurance.

• Demonstrated knowledge of treatment planning, case management, and maintaining comprehensive client records.

Compensation and Benefits\n
