Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage an individualized caseload of clients, establishing rapport and cultivating effective therapeutic relationships while adhering to professional ethics and boundaries.

• Conduct regular sessions with clients to assess progress, reinforce stability, and discuss future appointments or discharge planning as necessary.

• Develop, implement, and monitor tailored treatment plans that reflect each client's unique needs and goals, adjusting interventions based on client feedback and clinical observations.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of treatment progress, including detailed progress notes and intake assessments.

• Participate in weekly individual supervision to enhance clinical skills and receive support from experienced colleagues.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work primarily with an outpatient population comprising adults, children, and families. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in mental health counseling or a related field.

• Active and unrestricted LPC licensure recognized in the state of New Jersey.

• Experience providing direct psychotherapy services, demonstrating a strong foundation in both individual and family counseling.
