Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, you will:

• Conduct culturally sensitive and strength-based assessments for new patients and families, creating personalized therapeutic alliances.

• Provide individual and family therapy tailored to the unique needs and life situations of each patient, drawing from diverse therapeutic modalities.

• Ensure thorough completion of billing, documentation, individualized treatment plans, and insurance authorization forms, adhering to prescribed timelines for all administrative tasks.

• Develop comprehensive crisis plans, safety plans (when necessary), relapse prevention strategies, and wellness plans aimed at supporting ongoing stability and recovery for patients.

• Design discharge plans that facilitate smooth transitions and continued care for patients as they reach treatment milestones.
\n
• Maintain compliance with all current federal and state laws, regulatory standards, and KnG Health Care policies, ensuring ethical practice in every aspect of care.

• Engage in regular professional development activities, including training and continuing education, to enhance clinical skills and maintain licensure.
\n
• Participate actively in case consultations and agency meetings to foster team collaboration and share best practices.
\n
• Complete all necessary licensure and mandatory training required by the state and agency policies.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or a related field that leads to state licensure.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Florida.

Preferred Experience\n

While all qualified applicants are encouraged to apply, candidates with prior experience working in community health settings, particularly with diverse populations, will be viewed favorably. Knowledge of telehealth systems and platforms is also advantageous as we adapt to the growing needs of patients preferring virtual sessions.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Your commitment will be rewarded with a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with your experience and licensure. Additionally, you will receive:
