Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical abilities and limitations to develop tailored care plans focused on their specific rehabilitation goals.
• Implement and oversee individualized treatment programs aimed at improving mobility, strength, and endurance through evidence-based practices.
• Guide patients through rehabilitation exercises, educating them on the importance of each modality and encouraging them to adopt healthy lifestyle changes.
• Record and monitor patients' progress using Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems, ensuring accurate documentation for continuity of care.
• Stay updated on the latest developments in physical therapy techniques, integrating new methodologies into your practice to enhance treatment outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our facility serves a diverse patient population, including individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, neurological conditions, and age-related mobility issues. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy or Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
• Valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist in New Jersey.
• No history of disciplinary actions or complaints in previous physical therapy roles.
• Demonstrated understanding of advanced manual therapy techniques and their practical applications.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
