Work Environment

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient assessments to evaluate physical function and identify rehabilitation needs.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans in collaboration with the healthcare team to achieve defined rehabilitation goals.
• Provide targeted therapy interventions, including exercises and manual therapy techniques, to address specific functional deficits.
• Utilize outcome measures to track patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly, ensuring optimal recovery paths.
• Educate patients and their families on therapeutic exercises, use of assistive devices, and strategies for managing their conditions outside of therapy sessions.
• Prioritize caseload effectively, ensuring that all patients receive timely and appropriate care based on their individual needs.
• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of patient interactions and progress per regulatory and ethical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• Valid state license to practice physical therapy and a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or equivalent.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification must be obtained within 30 days of employment.

Compensation and Benefits

The annual salary for this position ranges from $80,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
