Key Responsibilities\n

• Facilitate various therapeutic interventions, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), to address clients' unique needs.

• Lead both individual and group therapy sessions to assist clients in processing their trauma, developing effective coping strategies, and advancing their healing journeys.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to provide an integrated approach to care, enhancing the continuity of support for patients.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention during trauma-related emergencies, ensuring clients have timely access to support when they need it most.

• Educate clients and their families about trauma responses, coping mechanisms, and available resources to empower them in their recovery process.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on individuals who have experienced trauma, including those dealing with PTSD and complex trauma. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Current licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Pennsylvania is necessary.

• A minimum of 2 years of post-licensure experience is preferred, reflecting your competence in providing mental health therapy.

Compensation and Benefits\n
