Key Responsibilities\n

• Utilize an electronic medical record (EMR) system to monitor, document, and communicate client progress toward established goals, ensuring a collaborative and aligned treatment plan.

• Maintain a consistent work schedule as determined by your supervisor, ensuring availability for clients during set hours.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work primarily with young clients facing various emotional and behavioral challenges. This includes providing support to adolescents grappling with anxiety, depression, social issues, and other mental health concerns. Your role will involve developing tailored intervention strategies that empower these individuals to achieve personal growth and resilience.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling is required.

• Possession of an active license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is essential.

• A strong ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a high caseload environment while ensuring quality care is provided to each client.
